In 2024, he founded Peak Mindset—a dynamic "performance lab" focused on training both mind and body for excellence. Through this initiative, Dr. Weckel blends principles of faith, neuroscience, and psychology, offering practical strategies to build resilience and encourage growth.

His approach integrates scientific insight with real-world strategies, helping clients:
-
Regulate the nervous system and emotions so that stress and pressure doesn’t hijack their performance
-
Live with value-oriented behavior that anchors performance in their fundamental worth rather than ever-changing thoughts and feelings
-
Develop a flexible mindset to face their challenges with joy, purpose, and confidence
-
Build sustained focus in high-pressure moments
-
Enhance recovery to expand resilience and sustain long-term performance

Whether working with aspiring athletes or seasoned professionals, Dr. Weckel’s goal is to guide individuals in becoming the best version of themselves, both on and off the field. At the heart of his work is the conviction that true peak performance comes from the freedom to be who you were created to be and the courage to live that out with purpose.Whether it’s stepping up to the plate, sinking a putt, leading a team, or navigating life’s challenges, his mission is simple: to help people perform with freedom, courage, and joy.

A note from Dr. Geoff Weckel
At the heart of my work as a psychologist is a deep desire to live and lead authentically—a commitment to growth not just as a professional, but as a human being continually learning what it means to flourish. I am driven by an endless curiosity to understand the intricate design of mankind: the neurophysiological systems that shape emotion and behavior, the psychological patterns that guide meaning and motivation, and the spiritual dimensions that give depth and direction to our lives.
For me, psychology is more than the study of the mind—it is the exploration of how the body, brain, and spirit interact to form the experience of being alive. I am captivated by how neurophysiology reveals our wiring for connection, how psychology helps us make sense of our stories, and how spirituality opens us to transcendence and purpose. My work seeks to bridge these domains, uncovering practical ways people can align their biology and beliefs with their deepest values to live with freedom, courage, and abundance.
To live an abundant life, I believe, is not merely to avoid suffering or achieve success, but to awaken to the full capacity of being human—to cultivate joy, compassion, and resilience in the face of life’s challenges. My calling is to walk alongside others in that process of discovery, to help them learn how to live to their fullest life.
Through my years of study and practice, I’ve come to believe that excellence—whether in sport, leadership, or life—is less about talent and more about the integration of self. When the body, mind, and spirit operate in coherence, performance becomes an expression of flow rather than force. This realization has fueled my work in Peak Mindset Performance, a framework that blends cutting-edge neuroscience and psychology with practical mental training.
My mission is to help individuals understand how their nervous system shapes their experience, how mindset directs performance, and how purpose and values sustain long-term growth. Whether working with athletes, professionals, or teams, I aim to create environments where mental fitness becomes as valued as physical training—and where people learn to access their best under pressure, not by striving harder, but by aligning deeper.
In essence, my pursuit is to help others live abundantly—to perform from wholeness, not anxiety; to compete from freedom, not fear; and to continually grow into the fullest expression of who they were designed to be.
